Fiscalrize Corporation Private Limited (“Fiscalrize”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) aims to ensure clarity and transparency regarding our Refund & Cancellation processes. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth below:

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to account@fiscalrize.com.

• Cancellation requests received within 48 hours from the time of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, cancellation requests will incur a charge of 20% of the total service fee.

• All types of Registration Services (e.g., Company Incorporation, GST/PAN/TAN registrations, Licenses, Permits, etc.) cannot be canceled once initiated, and no refunds will be provided for these services.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• If Fiscalrize is unable to deliver the agreed service, users will be eligible for a refund.

• If a user cancels the service as per the conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy, a refund will be processed accordingly.

• Refund requests must be made via email to account@fiscalrize.com.

Non-refundable Services:

• All Registration services (including but not limited to company formation, GST, PAN, TAN, licenses, and permits) are strictly non-refundable once the process has commenced.

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will be issued either via the original payment method or through bank transfer, at the sole discretion of Fiscalrize.

Deductions & Charges:

• If more than 90% of the work has been completed, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

• Government fees, stamp duty, and taxes already paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Fiscalrize is not responsible for government rejections or errors in documents submitted by the client. In cases of rejection by government authorities requiring resubmission, all additional government fees or charges will be borne entirely by the client.

• Fiscalrize is not liable to refund any amounts related to government fees, stamp duties, or taxes already incurred.
